My name is Cynthia Dixon, I am a wife of an amazing husband and a mother of three amazing boys.

 I enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle and my spiritual well-being on a day-to-day and take pride in "building" my boys into successful young men. 

I am one of the most sought-after virtual assistants whose assistance has changed the lives of many business owners and administrative professionals. 

As Founder and CEO of CYNASSISTS™, a professional virtual administrative firm that provides support to C-Suite executives, publicists, life coaches, and entrepreneurs, I am passionate about delivering premier service as I am an entrepreneur too and know firsthand the hard work and dedication it takes to be successful.  

I mentor and coach virtual assistants and provide professional development training for administrative and executive administrative professionals with the specialized knowledge I have gained throughout my 20+ year corporate career as a Chief Administrative Officer. One of my favorite quotes from the legendary Maya Angelou is “When you get, give. When you learn, teach.”   I love to reach back to elevate the career of another.

I take pride in maximizing time and providing work/life balance solutions for Top Executives and organizations by creating successful systems that streamline their administrative and business needs. CYNASSISTS™ affords them opportunities to concentrate on their forefront and increase their bottom line. “No one should have to do it all by themselves when they have someone qualified to assist” is the mantra. 

I have spent my career supporting Presidents, Founders, CEOs, and CIOs of Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. Built on the principle that entrepreneurs can ascend in their success with the right person supporting their vision, I left corporate America and created my own venture in 2014.  CYNASSISTS™ provides entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations the critical support that provides more flexibility and family time.  I, too, craved to be in charge of my own destiny after the birth of my second oldest son. Being in a position to give organizations access to essential tools to run their companies allows reaching greater heights is one of my life's legacies. 

I am a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional education and development of the Virtual Assistance profession. 

I am a native New Yorker and currently reside in Maryland. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Langston University, an HBCU in Langston, Oklahoma, and I believe in the power of service because I have seen it transform lives firsthand.
